and Information for Reserving Passes for Spectator Boats and
Social Events
Each sailing team automatically
receives 5 social passes for both the Friday and Saturday
parties. Boat owners or their representatives also receive
invitations.
The public and other non-racing
guests are invited to view the races from spectator boats,
and attend the social activities, by advance reservation.
Anyone may reserve additional
One-use Passes or a special All-Weekend
Pass. See attached form for reserving these passes.

Reservations are accepted based on space available. Early
reservations allow us to plan to accommodate everyone. Late
reservations cannot be guaranteed.

reservations by Wednesday, April 7.
To help us plan, you may place
an advance hold with Linda Ambrose by email. In email message,
please list names of guests. You will receive an email confirmation
and passes will be prepared pending payment.
Out-of-towners please notify
Linda Ambrose of any changes in your plans!
Reserved passes may be picked
up at Race Headquarters at Mears Marina, on
Friday April 16 until 11:00 a.m. Additional passes
(if available) may be purchased at that time. Passes may also
be picked up at the entrance to the Friday and Saturday socials.
Final payment for reserved
passes and additional passes (if available) may be made at
the time of pickup.
EVENT LOCATIONS
Unless otherwise instructed,
spectators should report to Mears Marina. Directions to events
are posted on the web site http://www.hospiceregattas.org.
Any changes to schedule
or locations will be communicated as soon as known, as well
as announced at the April 15 Business Meeting, and posted
on April 16-18 at Race Headquarters, Mears Marina.
